Job Description

The role involves providing domain expertise and project management support towards new product development in the HR Technology space

Analysis and Solution Definition
  • Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges
  • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
  • Develops functional specifications and system design specifications working with the technology partners
Technical Recommendation and Testing
  • Leads testing (UAT) efforts.
  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Works with technology partners to identify required changes.
  • Communicates needed changes to development team.
Project Execution
  • Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
  • Communicates and applies project standards.
  • Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
  • Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.

  • Delivers informative, well-organised presentations.

Qualification & Experience:
  • MBA or Post Graduate in HR
  • 5 to 8 years experience in different areas of HR
  • Strong HR domain expertise
